Appointments & Consultations

A consultation may be required prior to certain treatments or courses. We reserve the right to refuse treatment or training if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Payments

Full payment or a deposit is required to secure bookings. Remaining balances must be paid before or on the day of the appointment or course unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments or courses. Late cancellations or failure to attend will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment.

Results & Liability

All treatments carry a degree of risk. Results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person. We are not responsible for outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare advice or disclose accurate medical information.

Training

Completion of a training course does not guarantee employment, business success or insurance approval. Students are responsible for ensuring they meet entry requirements and obtain appropriate insurance following training.
